As an SLT you will be expected to attend all classes, events and programs scheduled for the Fellowships students. When not attending a class or program, the main job is to spend time with the students, and be willing to discuss any issues that they may bring up.

Besides socializing and having fun with the Fellowships students, you will work under the direction of the Madrichim to help the program run as smoothly as possible. You are expected to help carry supplies, run errands, and generally make yourself useful.

You will be required to pass either a one or two-week training/learning course depending on which program you attend (winter or summer).

The position of SLT does not end after the Fellowships program. You must agree at the outset to stay in touch with students and help organize events and programs such as reunions, Discoveries etc..
